1. Will I get the same number of pages with a remanufactured cartridge as I do with a store bought cartridge?

Our remanufactured toner cartidges are built to provide the same or greater yield as an OEM cartridge. Of course, the type of printing you do will affect your yield. (OEM=Original Equipment Manufacturer)

2. What do you do, just put toner in the cartridge?

In order to remanufacture a toner cartidge, we do much more than just add new toner. The empty cartidge is disassembled and throughly cleaned. The internal parts are checked for wear and replaced where necessary. The assembled cartidge is then print tested for quality. Every cartridge is 100% guaranteed to work, out of the box, for a year.

3. Do you give credit for my empty cartridge?

We could give you a credit for your empty cartridge, but then we would have to charge you more for the finished product. We have to buy any empties that we do not have. By providing your empty, you keep your finished cost down. We will buy your excess empties.

4. Will using a remanufactured cartridge void my machine's warranty?

A remanufactured toner cartridge will not void your machine's warranty unless it is the direct cause for your machine's failure. We will repair or replace (our decision) any printer that we determine has been damaged by our cartridge. This is a pretty safe guarantee for us since we have not had a single damaged printer in our eleven years of service.

5. How does using a remanufactured cartridge help the environment?

Every remanufactured toner cartridge keeps 3 to 6 pounds of scrap out of a land fill. This type of scrap does not break down over time. Any empty that we can not use is broken down for aluminum and plastic and is recycled.
